City of Palmdale’s owner's third-party consultant for owner’s project development support for City’s EPC project with Schneider Electric.  

Summary

Palmdale has taken a proactive stance on energy efficiency and approved an $8.5 million project with Schneider Electric. The first phase encompasses LED lighting upgrades, HVAC modernization, and irrigation enhancements. The project is expected to save over $10 million, creating a 16.3% emissions reduction, 46 new local jobs, and annual utility cost reduction of $300,000. Phase one of this project is set to begin in late summer 2023.
